How do I get rid of the \"authorize\" prompt windows

How do I get rid of the "authorize" prompt windows for Digitranslator and DVToolkit etc. that came pre-installed as trial versions when starting PT? Also, I had a trial version of the Waves bundle, not using it anymore. I trashed the folder, so how do I get rid of the prompts to find the folder? thanks!

for the Digi stuff ether run the uninstaller or find the components in the Pro Tools folder and trash them for the Waves delete the Waves Shell pointer from the Plug-Ins folder

Hey Craig, Thanks I got rid of waves, but I can't locate anywhere the DV toolkit and digitranslator, nor the uninstaller, but they are still there when I start up PT. I checked every folder on the hard drive. (pretty sure). gord
