horizontal grid lines in midi editor

here is a mockup I obviously cant spell :) and this is how it is currently

I haven't seen anything on that either, but that would make it easier to see the notes. Probably would be a good enable/disable feature for it.

You may find the color of the grid lines are too close to the editor color and just not showing well. However, I'm not sure why it would show in the CC lanes and not in the main part?:confused:
