How do you make audio conform to tempo marker changes? It seems that the audio files only conform to the bpm of the last tempo marker.

What kind of audio is it? Is it acidized (i.e. sliced with a tempo map)? If not, then I'd think you'd need to do that. Normal audio wouldn't have any way of knowing where the transients are (therefore couldn't speed up or slow down the starting point of the slices based on the tempo).

erm.. not sure this is what you mean.... but you can put in a tempo track and then go along with that? But if you are trying to actually "change" the tempo of the wave files..... then they need to be in a format that will make them respond to tempo changes.

Yeah, if you're using regular audio files, you'll need to export them to a program that can slice and tempo map them. Then import the files back into Reaper. You should be good to go after that. Unless you are talking about timing f*ups. Then what you'd probably want to do is keep the good parts, slice the beginnings and ends of the bad sections and either manually move them or import them into a beat slicer.
