How to convert RMVB audio track to WAV?

I have RMVB movie file with audio (RealAudio COOK 44100Hz 6ch - shown in Media Player Classic) How can I convert(extract) audio to WAV?

I tried to convert it with GraphEdit, but the final WAV is not recognised by other programs and players

Any suggestions?
