REQUEST: Pro Tools Theme

Yes, thank you! This is smooth, and I really like those transport buttons, the shape, the size, the glow.. gee I'm getting a little embarrassed..

I really think that all of those themes suck lol. What i really like about protools 8 is the use of colours. Here is my current theme: I'm going to start my own thread with some modification requests for this theme to make it look abit more pro tools 8.

I would like to see the addition of more colours for the tracks. I would like to have 4 colours. A Pale yellow and a pale red. I would like to see the Rec stop play etc... buttons look more like the icons at the top. I think the FX window need to be made more aesthetic. I have done this myself using a program known as windowblinds, it re styles all of the windows on windows and allows you to change the colour to whatever you feel like. Ultimately i'd like to see Reaper having this option, allowing you to change the colours at a whim. We can do this to some extend, but i'd like there to be a window where you can customise the colour of every aspect.

None of the themes I have seen and used (still use btw) suck. I love all of them. I love variety. And I also agree with White Tie, that themeing takes some effort and time. I made my own theme on top of Labyrinths' "Easy on the Eyes" and from others work. It also required at least 1-2 hours per night (as time permitted of course) for a few weeks to complete. So I guess until someone spends that type of effort, it may not be so obvious to one that doesn't, to learn to appreciate the work involved in getting a personal theme out and to share with everyone on this forum. And by stating a theme "sucks", some of us will tend to take it personal :(. [edit] Oh and btw, I cannot even fathom what kind of hours it took Lab to get Easy on the Eyes completed, especially when many request keep coming in for him to add or change his theme. You have to give him a lot of credit and "sucks" is not one of them..
