I must admit that i personally really dig PT8 new Gui all the way. From Mixer buttons, Menus etc... it's really well done. I'm really looking forward to see a well organized GUi for Reaper a la Reaper where things will be more straight forward to access, Inspector etc... just like some great Mockup that have been suggested!! I have faith and in the mean if someone could come up with a PT8 theme that will work with the Alpha version we have now, would be amazing!! Cheers!

Hey ELI!! Wonderfulicius work!!!! VERY NICE!!!! Quick question for you, is it possible for you to make the Wave audio shape look to be or have the same shape as in the alpha new version? I hope you will understand what i mean otherwise will post a screenshot!! Thank you again!! Cheees!!
Thank you scottdru,Solar,Foto35! :) Solar, The alpha version does have the Wave audio looking that way, might be posting a preview as things develop (in the alpha section). Foto35, Soon! I can't set a date, I work on these in my spare time. Almost there!
I'd like to proffer a few comments: I suggested in a (different site) forum that it would be useful for a non-PT DAW to have a "Faux Tools" mode in order to satiate "jaded" clients who insist one only use Pro Tools because "it's the best!". So, with that in mind: 1) it would be cool/funny for Reaper to have a "Faux Tools" mode you could F-key so when the question comes up you go "oh, you mean this?" and poof, "Pro Tools"; 2) it should be called "Faux Tools". / Yes, I know that an "intelligent, reasonable and edjoomacated" musician should know it doesn't really matter, but to this day I still hear comments alluding to PT being "what one should use", and *NOT* referencing the "industry standard file sharing" perspective
