biggest caveat for me is that the submenus are not collapsable. long context menus with many submenus are really time consuming to search through the way things are. if they collapsed on double click and there was a right click option to collapse/uncollapse all, it would be ideal. and it looks like i had already voted for these ones too...

Absolutely! :) Big annoyance for me is that to do big icon sets that take up say a quarter of a screen you have to put in loads of fake invisible icons to do multiple rows and then if you happen to change the dimensions of it even slightly it goes to crap. :) Doing these type of toolbars need a special skill set at the moment! :)
