WHAT SET OF MONITORS with BASS WOOFER WOULD ANYONE RECOMEND?

Please let me know ? i am considering DynAudio sets? expensive

Ben, I am not sure about the Dynaudio's (other than the fact that they are expensive), but I recently purchase a set of MSP5's and were reasonably impressed given their price. I did take them to a reseller so that I could compare them to the Genelec 1029's and after comparing them with several different types of music, some original material and some readily available commercial releases. What I found was that the MSP5's were lacking in the lower mid range area. This was more prominent in arrangements with strong male vocals. Do note that my comparisons (for judgemental sake) were made without a sub. The MSP5's did seem to extend a little lower in material with a lot of extreme low end content, but I wouldn't count on a 5 inch speaker for delivery of that type of content so I ended up taking the MSP's back and spending twice the money My advice is to check them out thoroughly in an environment similar to what you will be using them in (a noisy superstore just doesn't cut it). hth

The Bluesky 2.1 setups look really good! Do a search for their webpage, because i don't have the address around right now, unfortunately.
