New! 9.4GB DVD-R Double Sided @ Meritline

Only $3.49 a disc!?!? Worth a shot if you ask me. Just added 4 to my order and I'll let you know how they work out.

What's the point? You still have to get up on change the disc, but now you can't write on one side. Plus, for those with multi disc DVD changers, double sided is actually worse. All this, and they are 3 times as expensive. Am I missing something?

Well it comes in a jewel case so you don't have to write anything on the disc itself...assuming you only have a single disc player. Its also more convenient because now your storage cabinet can store twice as many movies as before... ________

how big would that be though to have it change the disc for you..it would have to be atleast the height of the disc and motor's. Im not flaking double sided media for i like them, im flaking the changer that flip's them for you vs. just having dual lens

I tried it on my apex 1500 and it works great. I will also be buying these in the future. Saves space and mismanagement

Double-Sided Discs 

"2 movies per disk 2 sides per disk that's 4 movies per disk times 300. That's a 1200 movie changer!!!" How do you get 4 DVD movies on to 1 disc? I can fit 2 movies on a 9.4 GB disc, one on each side. 4 sounds a bit extreme unless you transcode at a real low rate.

I never would put 2 movies on a disk, but I've heard a lot of people do it. Roveer
