HD -Direct Connect -The Missing links

Dear all, What is the status with the missing links using specifically the Native instruments. There were some other threads about this that I did not want to hijack, so hence a new thread. We can't seem to get predictable results with PT HD 5.3.1 (all versions up to cs4) Absynth, Kontakt and Reaktor are the only DC enabled software we use so I can't say if it is a PT or a NI problem. Anyone having complete success with this? I can get it to work sometimes but never reliably. What am I doing wrong? happy end of 2002 best Janne A.

Nope. NI with Protools is buggy, buggy, buggy. NI blames Digi, of course, but as much as I'd like to take another shot at Digi I know that this is bull. SSC works fine (well, untill PT-6 ) So NI has no excuse. -And NI tech-support is actually getting worse, as if that were possible.

Don't let Digi off the hook so quickly. . .I thought that there was a special piece of software for SSC and the other Direct Connect devices use a different piece of direct connect. . . just going from memory from something I can across months ago.

Digi really doesn't care about this I have been bugging them since August and still no fix
