BFD and REAPER major issue, ctn'd

its all default. the soundcard is EMU, at 18 ms. I have tried waveout, and ASIO to the same result.

I have tried it on my laptop however, which does not have the EMU card :(

ok, latest version of reaper uses about 38 percent, opposed to the higher number.... so this is good. hopefully it will continue to improve.
