RE: Making my own loops..... pt le 7.1 enough or...
I was thinking on making simple 12 bar blues etc for my guitar students. Can I just record a few bars of each chord, check the fade, and duplicate? A homemade loop? OR is it not that simple? One fellow told me that I really should get fruit loopy, for making loops.... Can anyone expand? thank you

Pro-Tools LE has been used as pre-production for many top commercial albums. Yes, it is more then anough to record some audio for your simple guitar loop. I use fruity loops but I never record in it. I always mix later in Pro tools.

Cas, does fruityloops have their own drum sample library, and you just pick, mix /match to create what beat you want? Shawn, Can one alter a loops tempo in pt le? Or is acid or fruit loops the only program for smth like this?

Can I suggest BIAB, While it is midi, it is extremely flexible and versitile and makes an excellent tool for any music teacher: 12 Bar Blues in any key... any tempo... unlimited chord selections for turnarounds, minor or major, etc. Jazzmandan
