PT LE 6.4 and Blue & White Mac

I have a blue & white G3 that's upgraded to a G4 500 (832MB RAM). Right now I run OS 9.2.2 with PT LE 5.2.1. I want to add a drive that has OS 10.3.4 (Panther) and PT LE 6.4. Will Panther run on my computer (with G3 "guts" and a G4 processor)?? I can't tell from reading the compatibility junk on this site. Thanks--

This might not be much help, but I recently upgraded my old BW G3/350 to OSX Panther Server. It runs great as a server with no problems. I'm actually surprised at how *not* slow it feels. I expected molasses.

Panther will run on a B&W, but PTLE 6.x will not. ProTools 6 requires a machine with AGP graphics which the B&W doesn't and cannot have.
