FR: Drag'n'drop sample from MediaExplorer to TCP creates an RS5K instance

I would like an action that creates RS5k with a sample when dragging it from the MediaExplorer to TCP.

ReaPack/mpl_Open and Close Media Explorer when single item is inserted, export it to RS5k (background).lua

I have MediaExplorer open all the time. Could you make an additional version of the script that only exports to RS5k?

It will require for script to be permanently runned and loop through all tracks for searching changes on every project change. Looks like an awful workaround. However, you can use various rs5k export scripts from my repo if you are ok with:1) drag sample from explorer 2) run script You can also use RS5K manager, it support drag from Media Explorer.

IMHO, the main software should not even "know" what plugins are available / installed and how they work and definitively not rely on any functionality of those with any of it's available actions. (Of course it needs to know about (detect) the interface of any plugin to be instanciated (e.g. VST2/VST3/ARA) and react appropriately. -Michael
