Routing via jack

Hi! I'm trying to route audio via jack into Harrison Mixbus. I have chosen jack in the output tab in reaper but reaper will not show in jacks routing window. Anyone?thanks/calle

I guess you are right. I thought that someone here might have done some multichannel routing with reaper and jack. Thanks anyway!/calle

I came to Reaper after a disastrous experience with Jack and MixBus' predecessor, Ardour, directly related to Jack's obtuseness in routing. my only question for you is WHY? transfer the files later. much easier. or find a way to do in Reaper what it is in MixBus you want to accomplish.

I find their saturation great. I'm using Massey in PTLE and it's not even close. Off course I can transfer the files later. I just thought using jack insert sounded like a good idea. Thanks for replying! /Calle
