Personally I like to extract the VIDEO_TS folder to another folder and add an AUDIO_TS folder then create a .img file with imgtool then burn with Decrypter. Lengthy process (well about an extra 10 mins on a P4 2.0ghz) I have so far done 20 TV Episode back up's (Red Dwarf, CSI, TNG etc...) with 100% success and lovely quality :) Hope this helps

If you already have an ISO, burn with DVDDecrypter... eventually this will have the added benefit of being able to actually specify a volume label.

Any players that require it, are, as far as I can tell, not following the specification.

I'm guessing that it don't make any difference if the disc is stamped, but it does if it is copied. Loads of people reported early on the need for the AUDIO_TS folder so I suppose there is summin' in it :)
