does reaper have a change chord/key

Function....like sonar? In sonar while playing acidized loops, you can put key changes in and the loop changes key/pitch, in essence a chord change.

yes there are actions for pitch up and down by semitones for both midi and wav's....

also, press F2 on the item and you have pitch control in there (in semitones), but not intelligent 'key' control like it sounds like sonar has (ie recognises acidized key and allows you to shift to a different named key). No difference in function, except that you have to count the semitones, haha.
