Wobbly gears

Hello all, My gears do have a wobble but it does not affect gear changing yet and the gear change is still quite smooth. I notice that this is a common issue with the V40 and some people out there have fixed this problem with new bushes. I would like to replace mine and would appreciate any advice on doing it before I head west for the bank holiday weekend. Some of you peeps have some diagrams and part No. that may help me. My V40 is a 1.6xs 1999:huepfen024:
