Reaper 3 default theme: change colours of TCP and regions

Is it possible to change the colours on individual regions, and is it possible to change the whole TCP colour?

I just find the answer for the TCP question (although it doesn't seem to work.. in osx).. so just individual media items

You can change the Region area, the background and text colours in the Theme. Remember to save the modified theme with a new name. For individual media items - right-click >> itme Settings >> you should see 4 colour commnads at the bottom of the menu. Same goes for tracks. The precise effect depends on your "tint" settings in Preferences >> Appearance and in Preferences >> Appearance >> Media
