Groovy! I like that the melody of the more rhythmic part is "randomish" but the groovy rhythm balances that nicely. I would've listened even more repetitions of that part, but then again the quiet part that follows is a good surprise.

Steve - this is awesome! I really like the drum line and the atmosphere. Agree with Shemps comments - It's like an inter-stellar train station in the beginning. Awesome! :D You gotta get some vids posted - "The Making Of" kind of stuff - I always thing your songs are so creative - it would be cool to see your process at work!

Ha! We'll see, I generally write in the 3:30 - 5 minute range. I don't know if I have an epic in me for this genre. I once wrote a 25 minute long metal song so I'll we'll. It'll be a challenge, that's for sure. I mean, hell, I can always save this version then do a branch version to extend it.
