Track View - WON'T SHOW!!

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't when I go to show track view (the window where you can show/hide/freeze), sometimes it just DOESN'T COME UP and it is SO ANNOYING!! Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a workaround/fix? Is this a bug? HELP!!

You mean the Track manager I presume. It's showing up alright on my setup, on Reaper 4.30 , 64-bit version running in Win7x64.

Yes, the Track Manager. I couldn't remember exactly what it was called because it isn't showing up. I have the most recent version of Reaper installed (4.3) that they just released, but this has been happening for a while. The thing is it doesn't ALWAYS happen! Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't! BTW, I have Windows 7 64bit
