Using Different Sampling Rates

I'm trying to figure this one out. If in either PTLE/Logic (they both use the Coreaudio), I have a finished mix in the computer at 48k, and i wanna send it out into analog, then A/D it back into computer at 44.1k, How do I do this? Because doesn't the coreaudio setup need to stay at one setting?

Why do you want to do that?

It's a moot point, since you can't use the core audio driver while Pro Tools is running. Rail
