looking for virtualdub like mpeg2 editor

I'm looking for a tool that can cut mpeg file that I capture with frame accuracy and where uou can set different section and it cut everything at the end, like womble vcr, but freeware. TIA

You can try DVTool, but sometimes it produced unplayable files. Other what come in mind is avidemux2, but I never tried it for cutting. More info:
