Track template...odd behavior.

I created a track template for a multiout vst...which worked fine...but after saving it, and loading it again...some of the outs in the mixer disappeared. I had four audio outs in the mixer...but after re-loading the template...they werent there. I tried it in 2.55 and the latest alpha build and it is the same result. Any ideas as to why its doing this? ***EDIT*** Ok...maybe this has something to do with it: When the Stereo outs disappear...I have all 16 midi tracks and 4 outs in a folder. I just tried it again...without them in a folder...and LOADED fine...but now I am not getting any audio to the outs :(

:( The Paradigm of tech support. I attempted this again after your post darkstar...and I could not replicate it. I made the template it 2.55, and it worked fine in both 2.55 and 3alpha1. I then did it in alpha alone (just to see if it was an alpha bug) and I again could not replicate it. One thing I did notice though, was that when I loaded the track template the master/parent send was unticked on the containing track...which caused no output...this happened immediately after I saved it and then reloaded it. I guess if I replicate it, I will post. Thanks for the quick reply.

Hi trifecta, Maybe this helps: I had some issues with track templates if I've forgotton to select some tracks that should go into the template, so if loading back a template with forgotten tracks, it can be quite a mess. -Data
