Help please - My 1st NTSC backup

Hi, I'm trying my hand at an NTSC film I got from america. Accoding to DVD2AVI it's as follows Aspect ratio - 3:4 Frame Rate - 29.970 Video Type - NTSC Frame Type - Interlaced I'm planning on using scenarist to author this. Do I need to use pull down on this movie in scenarist or dvd2avi, being as it's already 29.970 fps & NTSC????? Sorry but i'm no good at films which aint PAL :( I take it I dont need to use force film either?

Nope. No pulldown, no forced film.
