Massive thanks to bb54

Hi All Meet up with bb54 this afternoon after he gave me a call to say had noticed that my engine had had a missing?, he had spotted it whilst working on his 850 and remembered that mine didn't have one, so i popped round for him to show and he found it hanging down and even fitted it back on for me. It must have blown off ages ago cause I thought i had got used to the power, but it has actually had no over boost for some time now. Its a problem when you work away for a while like i do cause every time you come back every thing feels different and takes a bit of getting used to again, all that time and I just thought I was used to the power and now I am not bargain! Forgot to mention it now goes like stink! Thanks for that Wayne Top Man Cheers Greg

welcome greg, only took a moment mate. that was the whistling then huh :) twas the recirc hose at its attachment on the in manifold below the evap valve attachment. was allowing boost leak. wayne

Yes its a very noticeable improvement and used 5 gallons of fuel playing with it yesterday in not very many miles. he he! Cheers Wayne Greg
