Saving Edited Wave File

Advertising

MessageAuthor

I've looked in the manual and did a search, but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, though I fully admit I might not be using the correct nomenclature. I want to edit wave files in PT and then save them as edited wave files; that is, I want the all edits to be a permanent part of the saved wave file and not part of an "editing instructions" datafile. Is this possible? Thanks, -- Don

Don , Yes, of course. Take a look at the thread posted recently, re; consolidating files. That is also the keyword for further searching the DUC, A N D the PT PDF manual.. happy tooling,

Thanks! I knew is was a problem with nomenclature. I've dabbled in so many DAW packages before deciding to learn PT that my brain is swimming with a lot of different ways to say (and do) the same thing. Cheers, -- Don
