DVD2SVCD makes 2 CDs instead of 1!

Since I finally got the almost perfect settings for my Buffy SVCDs I've been encoding several episodes always using the same encoding settings. Each ep is about ~ 42 minutes and since I'm encoding 2 128 KB audio tracks and 2 subtitles the bitrate tab loooks like: Between 0 and 43 use 1 CD size 800 = ?-2404 Max. 2490 min. 300 min avg. 1600 max avg. 2370 Now the last ep I've been encoding is 42:47 and so one would assume that DVD2SVCD would produce 1 CD but I end up with 2 CDs! One file is about 830 MB (as expected) and the other approx. 43 MB. Why do I get 2 CDs? It worked fine on previous encodings and the ep size hasn't changed. Any suggestions?

Are you using TMPGEnc CQ or CCE 1-pass ?
