bigwoody - Are you running a 64bit machine with 32bit software (Reaper) ?? brainwreck - Something tells me the eq module could be the problem for you? it is the last thing in the synth structure. You are not getting the "eq1" module can't be found? are you? Jason Brian Merrill - I hope you like the update and yep! I try to put a lot of love into my life in general. Peace Fretted Synth

RE: Great Amp Sim/Synth

My studio machine is a ACER AMD 64x2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.21 GHz 1.5 GRam XP Media SP3. I would have swore this is a 32 bit machine, but given the spec it looks like maybe it is 64bit. Anyway, I just downloaded on my work laptop which is a Dell Thinkpad, and no warning message in that environment. So it looks specific to my ACER.

RE: Great Amp Sim/Synth

Hi, I also get the error message (twice on loading the vst): Can't load Module. 'EQ1'. My machine is an AMD Athlon 64 3000+, running 32-bit os (Win XP), 32-bit software.

RE: Great Amp Sim/Synth

brainwreck - I think I figured out why you get nothing from the synth? I did not setup the synth on all presets, you have to give the amp some decay value and open up the filer cutoff. If you would please go to preset 105 where the synth presets are and let me know if it works? bigwoody and avoca - Sorry about that it appears the eq1 module does not like AMD64 processors for some reason? Got another reply from a cubase5user that he gets that message also on a AMD64 :-( The reason it apears twice is the module is used two times one for low shelf and one for high shelf eq. The amp sim still works because the synth which uses that module is bypassed. The parametric eq and the amp eq use different modules. Peace Fretted Synth Will have to look into fixing this for the AMD processor, I hate when thing dont work for people.

Thanks for the attention it is an anoyance, not a show stopper. I haven't made it to the synth yet so that makes total sense that all seems to work fine. The sound of the amp sim and effects are really great!
