Reacontrol midi is operating very weird when I move the CC sliders. 

Reacontrol midi is operating very weird when I move the CC sliders, it's like there's too much midi being sent at one time. I had 2 tracks, one was a vst drum track and the other was a track sending midi out to my proteus 2000 sound module. I adjusted the volume and pan on the reacontrol and got weird results. Listen,
